Norman F.  Wilhelm

Open Source Intelligence and Online Investigations Expert

 

Norm Wilhelm is a highly qualified research analyst, intelligence analyst, and investigator, with over twenty years work experience in open source intelligence.  This experience was gained during employment with the Canadian Forces as a military intelligence analyst; with a human resource management company as a researcher and project manager; from investigations and research projects while employed as a private investigator with a nation-wide security company in Canada; as an instructor at a university; and finally as a subject matter expert at Toddington International and with his own research and investigations company.  He is assessed as an exceptionally skilled, energetic, and self-motivated individual who possesses a superior level of recognized achievement, with over thirty medals, awards, commendations, and letters of recognition for exceptional accomplishments in national and international work environments.  Most recently, in November 2013, he was recognized by the Supreme Court of British Columbia as a subject matter expert in open source intelligence and online investigations.
