The Pacific Northwest License, Tax & Fraud Association (PNLTFA) was founded in 1989 for the primary purpose of fostering education and facilitating interagency  networking.  PNLTFA is an organization of public and private employees dedicated to the administration of enforcement of tax, license and business registration laws, and the detection, investigation, prosecution, and prevention of fraud and fraud related crimes.

PNLTFA currently assists public administration, law enforcement agencies, and private industry in meeting the challenge of diminished financing of public programs and private fiscal restrictions.  We are dedicated to providing education and training for our members at minimum cost while providing opportunity for networking.  The result is increased, effective communication amongst members and agencies, plus enhanced overall professionalism of our members.

The Association promotes the coordination and assistance of all types of fraud related investigations by providing necessary investigative tools and fostering an organized forum to exchange information in order to ensure positive investigative results.

PNLTFA is incorporated in Washington State as a non-profit corporation, 501c(3).
